Oh how I love Buxus! back then when we were living in istanbul we had a collection of Buxus right at our front door. Markus loved to cut them from time to time and I liked that they were wintergreen and had such tiny leaves and great shapes. They were so affordable there compared to germany that we really indulged in our spleen over there.
Of course we could not take them with us so we had them sent to friends in germany who now take care of them.
In Mexico we started a new collection. They were huge and beautiful but it was not like the first one - the feeling was just different.
So now we are starting a small collection for the third time - lets see how far we get...

Oh, I love box tooooo! It's just sooooo slow in growing... Me being impatient doesn't really help. I'd love to edge all my flower beds but with the climate here would make it take foreeeeeever.
