If I ever find the time I'll start one of my favourite projects: the dollhouse. Since I was a child I wanted one so badly. I got one then, but it was a bungalow - very modern and with only two rooms and had nothing to do with a house - you know what I mean. So I bought a huge wooden one for our daughter years ago just to find out that she is not the least interested in things like that. Now that I discovered Flickr, i found out that it is perfectly ok. as an adult to have a dollhouse. And I mean not the perfect Victorian mansion style one like the serious collectors have but a playful one, something like that:
This beautiful settings belong to Alicia Paulson and to Linda Gavin.
I just love these! I found Alicia's last year when I started Flickr and I've been watching the picture again and again since. And just recently I found Linda's cafe via a friend. So maybe I have to make a plan to get all these things done I have in mind - puh!
Have a great start of week!
